Back to blogging
So I took an extended break from blogging for several reasons. First is that I had a baby and didn’t feel like blogging while I was pregnant (all I really did during those months was go into work for a few hours and watch Buffy and Angel and other TV the rest of the time, which are not very blog worthy activities). Then, I was swamped by taking care of my sweet baby after she arrived. Now that Darcy’s a little more self-sufficient, I feel like I can get back in the groove. The crafting groove.
The other reason I quit blogging, which is admittedly silly, was that I was feeling stifled by calling it knitting bean when I do so many other crafts. I felt like I was cheating or something by posting non-knitting things. I know, I know. I can post whatever I want on my blog, I told you it was silly.
So, I’m actually in the process of creating a new “brand” for myself and everything I do. I have several ideas I’m excited about, so I really just need to decide on one. I’ll keep you posted!
